Once Group Seats have been reserved, the purchaser is provided with a digital seat map that identifies their location in the auditorium. 4. Ticket Format

Tickets can be in either paper or electronic formats. Both formats have a unique bar code which will be scanned at the entrance to the Theatre.

5. Refund Policy

Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the GI Talks’ event is cancelled in which case the Ticket Holder will receive a 100% refund of the ticket purchase price. If the GI Talks’ event is postponed and the Ticket Holder is unable to attend the postponed event, the Ticket Holder will be provided with a 100% refund of the ticket purchase price.

6. Transfer policy

Ticket Holders may transfer their ticket(s) without limitation. Ticket Holders must provide the new Ticket Holders with their tickets in either paper or electronic formats.
